Service Description
Optimus Pass provides ad compliance risk assessment tools. Our service identifies potential compliance risks based on observed ad platform policy patterns. We do not guarantee ad approval on any platform. Ad platforms make independent decisions about ad content that may differ from our risk assessments.
No Guarantee of Approval
Optimus Pass is a risk assessment tool, not a guarantee of ad approval. A low risk score does not guarantee your ad will be approved. A high risk score does not mean your ad will be rejected. Platform review decisions are made by the platforms themselves and may be influenced by factors beyond the scope of our analysis.
Limitation of Liability
Optimus Pass is provided as-is. We are not liable for ad rejections, account suspensions, lost revenue, or any damages resulting from use of our service. You are responsible for your own ad content and compliance with platform policies.
