Plain rules for using Optimus Pass. No surprises.
Service Description
Optimus Pass provides visibility readiness and ad compliance risk assessment tools. Our service identifies page conditions and potential compliance risks based on observed patterns. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, or ad approval on any platform. Platforms and answer systems make independent decisions that may differ from our assessments.
Scanner results are directional guidance
Scores describe the conditions found on the page, not how a search engine or AI system will rank, index, or cite it. Platform Safety / Content Safety warnings (such as profanity or vulgar language flags) may appear separately from the numeric Compliance Risk score. Platform policies vary; detection does not guarantee full coverage for every platform, jurisdiction, or context. The advertiser remains responsible for compliance with each platform's advertising policies.
No Guarantee of Approval or Outcomes
Optimus Pass is a review aid, not a guarantee of ad approval, rankings, traffic, or citations. A low risk score does not guarantee your ad will be approved. A high readiness score does not guarantee visibility. Platform review and ranking decisions are made by the platforms themselves and may be influenced by factors beyond the scope of our analysis.
Limitation of Liability
Optimus Pass is provided as-is. We are not liable for ad rejections, account suspensions, ranking changes, lost revenue, or any damages resulting from use of our service. You are responsible for your own ad content, pages, and compliance with platform policies.
Plans and Shared Reports
Paid plans renew each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time: access continues to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. Agency share links expire automatically on the stated date, can be revoked by the account holder at any time, and anyone with the link can view the shared report.
