Free snapshot · no sign-up · one URL, four signals

Visibility Intelligence for search and AI answers.

Ads can bring customers in fast. But when you stop paying, that traffic often stops too. This free scan shows how well your page is set up to be understood by search engines and AI systems — with specific fixes and no ranking promises.

What Optimus checks

Four questions, answered with evidence. Not vibes.

One URL in. Three diagnostic engines plus an access check out. Last updated: August 30, 2026.

SEO

18 checks

Can search engines discover, interpret and index the page?

18 on-page checks — titles, meta descriptions, headings, canonicals, robots directives, snippet eligibility, links, alt text.

GEO

11 checks

Does the page provide the signals generative systems can understand and reuse?

11 readiness checks — answer blocks, question headings, fact density, entities, freshness, citations. Research heuristics, not Google requirements.

AEO Readiness — Beta

17 checks · Beta

Can the content answer questions clearly and extractably?

17 answer-readiness checks — visible Q&A, question headings, direct answer blocks, key takeaways, references, content depth.

Crawler access

3 states

Can relevant automated systems actually access the site?

robots.txt directives, evaluated per major search and AI crawler for the path you check — reported as allowed, blocked, or not evaluated. Never a score.

Directional, not predictive. None of these checks promises ranking, indexing, traffic, AI Overview inclusion, or citations — each engine weighs signals differently and changes over time. The audit tells you what to fix. Read the full methodology.

Methodology

Four signals, one honest read. No invented numbers.

Every value in the scan above comes from the live audit engine. Pending cards show nothing until real data arrives.

Search

SEO surface · 18 checks

On-page fundamentals search engines read: titles, meta descriptions, headings, canonicals, structured data, internal links, alt text, and performance signals.

Answers

AEO readiness · Beta · 17 checks

How answerable the content is: FAQPage schema, question headings, direct answer blocks, key takeaways, references, and content depth.

AI Search

GEO surface · 11 checks

Generative-engine readiness: self-contained answer blocks, fact density, named entities, freshness signals, author attribution, and citations.

Crawlers

machine access

Whether search and AI crawlers can actually reach the site: robots directives and crawler path access, reported as open paths — not a score.

What the scan does not promise

No tool can guarantee ranking, indexing, traffic, AI Overview inclusion, or citations — each engine weighs signals differently and changes over time. Use the scan as a prioritized fix list. Read the full methodology →

Crawler intelligence

Content checks what's on the page. Access checks what the site allows.

Two different questions — Optimus keeps them separate.

Separate from SEO, GEO, and AEO

The three content scores measure what the page says. Crawler access measures whether your site's robots.txt lets search and AI systems in — evaluated per crawler, for the path you check. A page can be content-ready and still unreachable. Page-level noindex (meta robots) is covered by the SEO checks.

Three states, never assumed

Every crawler is reported as Allowed, Blocked, or Not evaluated. If the evidence is missing — for example no robots.txt — the result is not evaluated, not a guess.

What it is not

It does not observe crawler visits, indexing, or AI ingestion. Those are different questions that require different evidence — we will not pretend otherwise.

Honesty strip: a missing robots.txt does not prove crawlers visited. An open path is a permission, not a promise. Crawler access is reported as configuration evidence — open or blocked paths, with the reason — never as a score and never as observed activity.

Findings, not just a number

A score tells you where you are. A finding tells you what to do.

Every result walks the same path — here is one real example from Optimus Pass's public self-audit.

01AEO Readiness — Beta

Finding

Blog pages lack visible FAQ sections and question headings.

02Observed on the page

Evidence

The articles have content, but they are not structured for answer extraction.

03Answer readiness

Why it matters

Answer-ready structure is what the AEO checks measure. Without visible Q&A and question headings, there is little for an answer system to lift.

04The fix

Recommendation

Add visible Q&A sections and question-formatted H2s to the articles.

05From finding to task

Next action

In a full report this appears as one of many per-check findings — each with status and fix, so you know what to work on.

Workflow example from the public self-audit report — sample presentation of the report structure, not a live scan of your site.

Every material finding carries

URLObserved evidenceFinding statusAnalyst interpretationBusiness relevanceRecommendationConfidenceOwner & acceptance criteria

A score without evidence is a guess. A finding with evidence, status, interpretation, and an owner is a fix list. Full evidence contract on the methodology page.

The report

The report is the fix list. The score is just the summary.

What the value actually consists of — verified functionality, not marketing.

  • Per-check findings across SEO, GEO, and AEO — Beta, each with status and fix
  • Observed evidence behind material findings — not just a number
  • Crawler intelligence where the site supplies the evidence
  • A saved, reopenable report for paid plans — re-runnable on request
  • The executive path — a human-reviewed, client-ready report when you need it

Figures on those example pages are static demonstration values, not a live audit — the same distinction every real report makes between observed evidence and sample data.

Continuing value

One audit is the baseline. Repeated audits show what changed.

Optimus is not merely a scanner — the workflow is the point.

01

Baseline

Run the first audit. It defines what is working and what is not — with the evidence behind it.

02

Improve

Fix the highest-value findings from the report.

03

Re-scan

Run the same URL again. Paid plans can re-run saved audits.

04

Compare

The new report shows what resolved, what's newly open, and how the score moved since the previous audit.

05

Next priority

The new report tells you what to work on next — not just where you were.

What is real, what is not: persisted audits, per-account history, re-runs of saved audits, and the measured-change readout in each new report are live capabilities on paid plans. Optimus does not run scheduled or automatic monitoring, and no re-scan promises rankings, citations, or traffic — it shows what changed in the evidence.

Frequently asked questions

What is Optimus Pass Visibility?+
A visibility intelligence product for one URL at a time. Submit a page and three diagnostic engines run over it — SEO (18 on-page checks), GEO (11 AI Overview readiness checks), and AEO Readiness — Beta (17 answer-readiness checks) — alongside a separate crawler-access check reported per crawler as allowed, blocked, or not evaluated. Every material finding ships with the observed evidence behind it. It is the same engine used in our human-reviewed executive audits.
Who is it for — and who is it not for?+
It is for brands and agencies that need a prioritized, evidence-backed fix list for how readable their pages are to search engines and AI answer systems. It is not a rank tracker and not a monitoring suite: it does not observe crawler visits, indexing status, or AI citations, and it runs no scheduled checks. If you only need keyword positions, this is the wrong tool.
What is the difference between the free snapshot and a paid plan?+
The free snapshot runs on any URL with no account and returns the dimension scores plus the top issue categories. Pro and Agency plans add the full per-check findings with fixes, saved reports, per-account history, and re-runs of saved audits so you can see what changed between runs. The snapshot is the sample; the saved report is the working document.
Should I use the self-serve audit or book the Executive Client Visibility Audit?+
Use the self-serve audit to baseline a page, fix, and re-run on your own schedule. Choose the $750 Executive Client Visibility Audit when you need one client domain reviewed end-to-end by a human and delivered as a client-ready executive report with a prioritized action plan and a 30-minute findings call. The self-serve tool produces the evidence; the executive audit adds interpretation and a deliverable you can hand to a decision-maker.
Will a high score make AI systems cite my site?+
No — and any tool that promises that is overclaiming. The scores describe the evidence on your page against published readiness signals; they do not predict how Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or any other system will rank, index, include, or cite you, and those systems change weighting without notice. AEO is labeled Beta for the same reason. Use the output to prioritize fixes, not as a guarantee of outcomes.
